So I am loving "Facebook's memories". I lost photographs of my new kitten, my second trip to Italy, and my first cat ever which was this white one: Spartan. He seldom did cuddles and when he did it was so loving. This was after I came home from UNB and he missed me.
UNB is some of my best memories of my life. I always dressed stylish with tons of jewelry. After 13 years in a salon and wearing nothing but a black smock I was not going to miss an opportunity to express myself! At the time I actually wanted to photograph my clothes and jewellery and outfits. I wore scarves and had really nice handbags.
It was a lot of fun for me picking out my clothes every day. I wanted to photograph it but I didn't because I thought that would look ego-tistic... little did I know there was a thing called YouTube and Instagram where people make a living doing that LOL I had not been online except for email... I worked 40-60 hour weeks when I had my salon. I didn't watch TV, I read books. And I traveled.
My husband took this photograph impromptu without me knowing, I just looked up smiling. I almost made him erase it, I thought I looked fat. 32 years old. Sigh. I took it all for granted the rest of my life would be fashion, education and travel.
Enjoy every moment.
