If you have NOT achieved all your goals on your New Years Resolutions list, it could be a sign you have too many goals or that they are too big.
The best thing you can do to reach your goals is to break them down into the smallest steps possible. This way they are achieveable and with consistency, as in daily practice, you will build a habit.
Habits are the foundation of success. Even if you inch along, every inch is an inch closer to your goal. Add making this inch a daily priority and poof, you have achieved your goal.
Instead of 20-30-50 goals this 2017, how about you pick 1-5 achieveable goals? Then, go from there.
Never stop learning or growing. As you scratch out goals be sure to add new ones.
